Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa - Sha Extra Plus, Kata Beach (Phuket)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its spectacular sea views and comfortable, spacious rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience even better. However, I did experience a bit of a bad odour in my initial room and the hotel is situated quite high up, which made walking back challenging at times. Overall, I felt I got great value for the price I paid.

I had a somewhat frustrating experience at this hotel. The comfortable beds and welcoming staff were nice, but the promises made on the hotel and travel websites did not match reality. I faced issues with check-in and room availability, which was disappointing. Location-wise, it's quite steep, making it a challenge to travel to and from the beach.
