non-functional air conditioning lack of water
The location was acceptable , providing convenient access to nearby attractions.
The gym really needed attention , with the air conditioning system not always working properly and a surprising lack of water or towels available to guests. It lacked some facilities.

Excellent stay!
free shuttle friendly staff
The hotel runs a free shuttle bus every hour. It took about five minutes to Kata beach. The bus dropped you right at the beach front, so it was super convenient. All of the staff members have really good service. They are so friendly. They also were very helpful.
The path from the hotel to town is steep. It is also locked by the hotel after 7/8pm. You need to walk up a very busy road with no sidewalks.

The front desk provided prompt attention for requests. Housekeeping ensured daily tidiness and also cleanliness. Staff members addressed needs quickly. They showed genuine care to resolve guest issues.

my beautiful double or twin room featured a mini fridge stocked with payable drinks and snacks. daily cleaning maintained a high standard (i really appreciated this). the room included a rainfall shower. i found the free hourly shuttle to the beach very convenient, with the last return at 10:10 pm.
